In this 4-week series, we will explore personal growth, identity, and well-being to help you navigate university life with confidence and resilience.
Through interactive discussions and reflective activities, you will gain deeper self-awareness, learn strategies for managing stress, and develop a mindset of self-compassion and growth.
Whether you are looking to better understand yourself, strengthen your well-being, or create a more fulfilling university experience, these sessions will provide you with valuable tools for personal development. While attendance at all four sessions is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged to gain the full benefit of the series. Each session builds on the previous one, ensuring a cohesive learning experience.
What you will learn:
Week 1 | Finding Me, Myself, and I – Discovering your values, strengths, and personal identity for greater self-awareness.
Week 2 | Finding U in Uni – Navigating university life with purpose, building meaningful connections, and creating a sense of belonging.
Week 3 | Fun-tastic Stress Relief – Engaging in creative and enjoyable ways to manage stress and maintain emotional balance.
Week 4 | Loving Yourself: Being Whole & Worthy – Cultivating self-compassion, embracing self-worth, and developing a growth mindset.
