Building Resiliency Skills
Resiliency is an essential quality for each of us to have in order to maintain good physical and emotional health. Dr. Hartley will discuss three building blocks of resiliency: emotional intelligence, optimism, and coping skills. The session will also touch on the impact of stress on women, in keeping with the theme of International Women’s Day, which is earlier in the week.
